I know how hard this wild ride we call life can be. I can help you get through whatever struggles you might be having.
Maybe you are feeling anxious, stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, hopeless, helpless, and/or sad.
Maybe you are grieving the loss of someone or something you loved.
Maybe you are a mother who is feeling overwhelmed with the multitude of tasks and responsibilities.
Or maybe you are just feeling “stuck” and want to change your all-too familiar patterns.
After 40+ years of working with individuals, couples and families struggling with life’s challenges, I have created a unique heart-centered psychotherapy/coaching model called Authenticity Architecture. Based on the neurobiology of trauma and shame, Authenticity Architecture helps you create long-term changes in the brain and nervous system in order to break-through and overcome unconscious barriers to self-love, belonging, and connection.
Telling your stories to someone who really listens can help you transform lead into gold, and bring more clarity to your authentic self. Losing my father at a very young age and going through divorce/custody battles, moves, and many life changes/traumas, has given me big empathy. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey of healing and self-discovery.

Shame-Informed Therapy: Treatment Strategies for Overcoming Core Shame and Reconstructing the Authentic Self
This workbook for mental health practitioners combines my 40 years of experience in child development and psychology. It includes on overview of the neurobiology of shame as well as many worksheets that help individuals reconstruct their authentic self, overcoming debilitating negative thoughts and feelings of not being good-enough. It can also be used by individuals who want to explore inner healing of shame-based messages and reconstruct a more authentic self.
Living in the Shadow of the Too-Good Mother Archetype
In my doctoral research I wanted to uncover why mothers so often feel they are falling short of expectations. A familiar story for me as well as thousands of other mothers I have met through the years. This book shines a light on what has been hidden in the shadows for way too long, dispelling the myths of being a perfect parent.
